CRUISING RED SEA--DAY 2

Wednesday, May 1st
Our position at noon.  Hazy and 84F
                                                    Will be passing Mecca soon.
We had a great time at dinner last night with two of the Jean Ann Ryan company dancers, Alan and Nathan.  They are a married couple.  Alan worked from 2008 to 2011 with "Dancing With the Stars" TV show as private coach and choreographer to Mark Ballas, Derek, and Julianne Hough.  He has served as trainer and coach to such stars as:  Tom Cruise, Donny Osmond, and several other Dancing With the Stars celebrities.  He is from the UK and represents England in major world and international ballroom dance events.  He has worked in Las Vegas as the principle dancer and dance captain at Jubilee.  Nathan has worked the past decade as dancer, trainer, and choreographer also.  He trained and choreographed Lauren Froderman who was the 2010 winner of the TV show, "So You Think You Can Dance".  He recently moved from California to the UK to be with Alan.  There is one additional male dancer in the ship's production cast, Artem.  He is from the Ukraine (Russia) and is equally qualified and talented.  This dance cast, both male and female, is by far the best we have ever seen.
At 8:30 this morning the ship's staff arranged a super nice breakfast for all the full cruisers (78 days) up in the Observation Lounge.  It was complete with mimosas, caviar, eggs cooked to order, and all the other cereals, breads, and sweets.  This was followed by another pesky "life boat safety drill".  As I mentioned before, they are now mandatory every 14 days.  Theme for today's pool side grill lunch "Tex-Mex barbeque" served my the officers.  May have to skip the normal room service Caesar salad and get some Tex-Mex.  It's definitely not as good as what we have in Texas though.  Tonight is "formal optional" dress as it's farewell dinner for this segment.  We will be getting new passengers on Saturday for the beginning of our 4th segment.  Production show tonight at 9:30 is "Le Cirque Voyager".  This will be 3rd time we have seen it but won't miss it!
